Quality is the lifeline of a company and the cornerstone of our success in the market and in earning our customers’ trust. To further strengthen quality awareness among all employees and improve the quality of our products and services, the company has organized a “Quality Month” campaign and held a grand kickoff meeting.



At the outset of the meeting, the head of the Quality Department provided an in-depth analysis of the background behind customer complaints using detailed data. Real-life cases served as a wake-up call for each of us, making us keenly aware of the severity and urgency of quality issues. These data and cases made us clearly realize that quality management cannot wait; we must take immediate action, starting with every detail, to comprehensively improve the quality of our products and services.



From product design to manufacturing, and from raw material procurement to after-sales service, every step is critical to customer satisfaction and the company’s reputation. Customer complaints not only affect the customer experience but also cause significant damage to the company’s market image and financial performance. Therefore, the company must enhance quality awareness and assurance among all employees to achieve quality improvements across the entire supply chain.



“Quality is the foundation of a company’s survival and growth, and running a business is a dignified endeavor! Products that combine high quality with excellent value are the key to earning the respect of both customers and competitors.” This “Quality Month” campaign is a key initiative by the company to strengthen quality management and drive quality improvement. It clarifies the responsibilities and tasks of each department and calls on all employees to participate with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, contributing their efforts to enhance the quality of the company’s products and services.



Following the opening remarks, department heads and representatives solemnly signed their names on the pledge. The Quality Pledge is more than just a piece of paper; it represents a weighty responsibility and commitment. Each signatory will hold themselves to higher standards, adhering to the “Three Nos”: do not accept defective products, do not produce defective products, and do not release defective products, while strictly enforcing quality control.








With the signing of the Quality Commitment Statement, the kickoff meeting for this year’s “Quality Month” came to a successful close. However, this is not the end—it is a new beginning. Let us work together, using this kickoff meeting as an opportunity to integrate quality principles into every aspect of our work and fulfill our commitments through concrete actions.
